When will I receive my order?
Under normal circumstances your order will be processed and posted within 24 hours
of receipt (monday to Friday)
UK: goods are shipped by royal mail first class and will normally
arrive *within 2 working days of shipment.
£2.99 (UK mainland only) We have teamed up with Royalmail to offer you a next
day delivery service for orders placed by 3pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after
3pm will be processed and sent the next day Monday to Thursday and Friday after
3pm will be sent out the following Monday.
Europe: goods are shipped by royal mail international signed for
service and will normally arrive *within 3 -5 working days.
*please note delivery times cannot be guaranteed

How much is post and package?
Normal post is £3.99 for deliveries within the UK and Europe.
For additional pairs the charge is £3 postage per extra pair.
All international and European orders are charged a one off payment of £4.95
for insurance.
Any customs or import duties levied once the goods arrive at their destination are
the responsibility of the customer. Cloggis have no control over these charges.
All shipping costs will be calculated and shown in your shopping basket.
3.What if my order is out of stock?
We are unable to guarantee that all items are available when you place your order.
if, for whatever reason your cloggis are out of stock, we will inform you by email
or phone as soon as possible and give you an idea of delivery time or suggest another
colour or style if appropriate. You are always welcome to cancel your order if you
prefer not to wait for stock to come in.
If we do not hear from you your order is automatically put in our "pending" system
and as soon as we receive these items into stock we will send them out to you.
4.How do I return goods?
Refund Policy
1.1 If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a contract at any time
within 7 working days beginning on the day after you received the goods, in this
case you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the goods in accordance
with our refunds policy set out in clause 2 below.
1.2 To cancel a contract you must inform us in writing by fax letter, email or durable
medium in accordance with the distance selling regulations 2000, you must also return
the goods to us immediately in the same condition in which your received them, and
at your own cost and risk. Goods must be returned to us at the address above. You
have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your
possession, if you fail to comply with this obligation we may have a right of action
against you for compensation.
2.1 If you have cancelled the Contract between us in accordance with the clause
above, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case,
within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case,
we will refund the price of the Goods in full, including the cost of sending the
item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item
to us.
2.2 If you wish to return the Goods for any other reason (for instance, because
you have notified us you do not agree to any change in these terms and conditions
or in any of our policies, because you claim that the Goods are defective or simply
because you are dissatisfied with the Goods for any reason), you may do this within
28 days* of delivery by posting the Goods back to us at the address given above.
2.3 We will examine the returned Goods and, provided that you have complied with
clause 2.5 we will notify you of your refund within a reasonable period of time.
We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case,
within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you that you were entitled to a refund
for the returned Goods.
2.4 Defective Goods, which have been returned by you, will be refunded in full,
including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost
incurred by you in returning the item to us. In all other cases, we will refund
the price of the Goods, but (save where the Goods have been returned under the cooling
off period in clause 1) not any delivery charges for sending the item to you and
any costs incurred by you in returning the item to us.
2.5 In each case, the Goods must be returned with proof of purchase, in the same
condition in which you received them, in the original packaging, if possible and
at your own cost and risk (unless the relevant Goods are defective, in which case
clause 2.4 applies).
2.6 We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally
used by you to pay for your purchase.
2.7 The provisions of clauses 1 and 2 are in addition to your statutory rights,
which remain unaffected.
* Optional no of days but time must be a reasonable one for the terms of acceptance
to be of any effect.

5.How can i tell my order has been placed?
Once you have placed an order you will receive a "confirmation of order" email from
us along with an order number. If you are concerned that your order has not been

Cloggis are manufactured and made in China.
7.Where did the idea of cloggis come from?
While in Las Vegas I was doing so much walking I needed some comfy shoes, I found
a similar pair but were harder on my feet, I loved the shoe shape and style but
wanted more comfort this was then when I took a trip to china where I met a manufacturer
who were wable to make a shoe that incorporated function, fashion and fun, was slip-resistant
and waterproof, didn't smell and would be the most comfortable shoe in existence!
I then wanted to be able to sell my cloggis around the world so everyone could feel
the comfort and at a very reasonable price!!
8.Why are cloggis beneficial for my feet?
Beyond being comfortable, the shoes have some features that make them especially
good for feet. The shoes are designed with built in arch support, circulation nubs,
and an orthotic heel cup to support and protect the heel. In addition, the cloggis
are ventilated for cooling and filtering purposes, as well as slip and marking resistant.
9.How do I care for my cloggis shoes?
Fit: to adjust your cloggis backstrap, grasp the heel strap with both hands on either
side of the "cloggis" wording and gently stretch outwards from the middle until
it retains the desired fit.
Clean: keep your cloggis clean by rinsing them with cold water and soap, or to bring
them back to their original luster.
Heat: do not expose to extreme heat or intense sunlight for an extended period of
time. Due to the unique nature of the cloggis material, high temperatures can cause
them to warp.
Grip: cloggis are known for their great grip but like any performance tyre, when
the tread becomes worn, their grip becomes compromised. That's when you know it's
time to treat yourself to a new pair.
10.Who wears cloggis?
Anyone who wants comfy feet including...Nurses, chefs, office staff, boaters - anyone
that wants a pair of comfortable shoes in fact. Fashionistas love the bold colours
and the unique design is an expression of individuality. Kids of all ages love the
feeling of walking on marshmallows. People with troubled feet and knees relish the
